Think there is nothing to do in a small town?? Come to our monthly
meetings and find out everything we r up to.  Bring ur ideas, thoughts and
concerns. We would luv to hear them and would luv to cu!! Next meeting
is October 29 at 6:30 at the Fire hall.
SAEG is a community club that strives to strengthen and beautify the
community of Summit for the betterment of the people who live in and
around the Summit area. We meet on the last Wednesday of each month
to discuss ideas on how to accomplish these objectives. We INVITE
AND ENCOURAGE people to come and share your thoughts and ideas.
It is your town, so we would love to hear what you would like to see or do!
Here are some of the projects and events we have done and sponsored
in the past and do annualy:1. New Kitchen Hall remodel 2. Playground
Equipment for City Park 3. School sports Score Table 4. New mats at
Summit Hall 5. Annual Painting project 6. Maintenance of Community
Center (formally Senior citizens building) 7. New Christmas Street
decorations 8. Initiated the road to Summit Lake from the West 9.
Welcome to Summit Sign 10. Annual City Wide Cleanup 11. State
championship sign for Summit High School Athletics 12. Interstate
Summit promotion sign North of Watertown 13. Annual Senior
Scholarship 14. Sponsorship of youth athletic teams and individuals 15.
Summer TBall program 16. Summit Swimming lessons 17. Radio ads
promoting Summit 18. New Baseball Concession building 19. Additional
Basketball Hoops at City Park 20. Horseshoe pits at City Park 21.
Electricity Project to shelters at City Park 22. Parking lot donated to
Summit School 23. Sponsorship for Teen Halloween and Valentine
